Building High-Performance Teams with DevOps (TL300) workshop is a three-day immersive experience designed to facilitate key cultural transformations in DevOps adoption.
Unlike other training courses that focus on specific frameworks or technical aspects, this workshop combines collaborative practices and interaction to simulate real-world scenarios. The focus is on enhancing collaboration and processes rather than technical implementation, making it accessible to a wide range of participants.
Participants will engage in hands-on exercises that promote collaboration, communication, and problem-solving, leaving them equipped with practical skills to improve their team’s performance. Empowering teams to develop a DevOps mindset, fostering transparency, collective ownership, and continuous improvement.
Whether you are a team leader, architect, engineer, or manager, you will build the foundations for high-performing DevOps teams through engaging and insightful activities.

This is a 3-day, full-time, on-site enablement designed to create an immersive experience for your team. By dedicating this focused time together, participants dive deep into real-world applications of DevOps, and will learn by doing so in a highly interactive environment.
Workshop Structure:
Participants will be divided into working groups and introduced to a case study of a company facing various challenges. From that moment on, they will need to act as if they are part of the company and address the challenges presented.
Throughout the three days, they will discover how various practices help them evolve the fictional company. The goal is to take it to the next level by building a high-performance team, using continuous discovery and continuous delivery as key drivers to achieving business goals.
Key Features:

• Immersive experience: This workshop emphasizes practical learning. Your team will be engaged in hands-on exercises, discussions, and simulations that replicate real-world scenarios, ensuring that concepts are understood and can be applied immediately.

• No Technical Knowledge Required: All technical concepts will be explained in a clear, non-technical way, making the content accessible to everyone.

• No Technical Labs: The aim of this workshop is not on doing technical implementations, so laptops are not necessary.

• Led by Red Hat experts: The sessions will be facilitated by highly skilled Red Hat specialists. They will guide your team through DevOps practices, share insights from real experiences, and offer tailored advice for your organization.

• Collaboration with your full team: The workshop is designed for a minimum of 12 participants, to ensure that everyone can participate and benefit from the wider experience in the room.

• Learn by doing: This is not just theory! Your team will actively apply the lessons learnt giving them the confidence to implement these practices when they return to their daily work.
This full-time, on-site enablement ensures that your team is fully immersed in the learning process; maximizing the training's impact and results.

After this course participants should be able to:

• Build suggestion for metrics to measure the progress towards the North star

• Use improved collaboration and trust through articulating difficult topics

• Learn how to formulate a negative impact in the form of solution oriented approach using HMW (How might we)

• Learn how to create a list of stakeholders (actors) involved in completion of the goal

• Use a set of validated deliverables supporting achievement of the goal

• There are no prerequisites for this course.
