• • Agile leadership styles and situational empowerment
• • Shaping appropriate Agile teams and roles
• • Ensuring effective collaboration and communication across teams

Risk management and project approach

• • Tailoring AgilePM to mitigate risks
• • Using the Project Approach Questionnaire to assess and manage project risks
• • Distinguishing between VUCA-related and approach-related risks

Defining and estimating project work

• • Defining work at each project lifecycle phase
• • Estimating work based on project phase and the practice of ‘last responsible moment’
• • Applying MoSCoW prioritisation to ensure delivery of the Minimum Usable Subset

Planning and controlling the work of the project

• • Agile planning concepts for different lifecycle phases
