Overview

This course extends the information about the NFS protocol that is found in the ONTAP Cluster Administration course.

The course reviews NFS and explores in more detail different NFS versions and the features of NetApp ONTAP 9 software that support NFS.

COURSE OBJECTIVE:

 

• Explain the NFS protocol

• List the interfaces that you use to manage ONTAP software

• Configure NFS in ONTAP 9

• Monitor and manage NFS 

 

 

COURSE PREREQUISITES:

It is important to have familiarity with the UNIX and Linux Operating Systems in addition to taking the 3 day OT-CLU-A Cluster Administration instructor led class..
