COURSE OBJECTIVE:

TARGET AUDIENCE:
The course is designed for individuals from both the public and private sector including those working in the management of projects ranging from individual assignments through to those working on large capital or change projects.This includes: Project Managers, Project Team Managers, Project Team Members and Project Support Office Staff.
COURSE PREREQUISITES:
Attendees should meet the following prerequisites: • It is recommend that you have a minimum of two years relevant practical experience of project management.By the time you attend this course you must have completed all the mandatory online pre-course work. The APM recommend between 70-80 hours preparation for the exam, the online pre-course is designed to take approximately ten hours to complete. In addition, whilst attending your course there will also be examination preparation evening work and a recommended further 40 hours of additional online learning after completing the course.
