Course Overview

This course offers data engineers more experience with watsonx.data on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. You learn to gain knowledge in the areas such as infrastructure management, data management, running SQL statements. You gain skills in ingesting data, creating schemas, running queries that combines data from multiple data sources, and rolling back a table to previous point in time.

• Extend the functionality of the watsonx.data by seamlessly integrating with Spark Analytic Engine to run your analytics and ETL workloads on all of your data across any environment.

• Manage infrastructure access and data access policies using Access Control

• Use the Presto watsonx.data's user interface (UI) and command line interface (CLI) for effective execution of SQL queries

• Create different database connection to run federated queries and migrate data to watsonx.data
